We are an independent reseller. Our products are third-party accounts for the Cursor AI platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Cursor, Inc. or Anysphere Inc. in any way. All product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

4. Account Usage

• Each purchased account is for personal, individual use only unless otherwise specified (e.g., Shared plans for 2 users).
• You may not resell, share, or redistribute any account or credentials purchased from us beyond what the plan allows.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of the accounts after delivery.

5. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in USD ($) unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
• Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through the available payment methods on the Website.
• All purchases are one-time payments — no recurring charges or auto-renewals unless explicitly stated on the product page.

6. Delivery

• All products are delivered digitally — typically within minutes to a few hours after payment confirmation.
• Delivery is made via the email address provided during checkout or through direct message on Telegram/WhatsApp.
• Delivery times may vary due to verification or high order volume. If delivery takes longer than 24 hours, you are eligible for a refund per our Refund Policy.

• Full refund if the product is not delivered within 24 hours.
• Replacement or refund if credentials are non-functional (dead on arrival) — reported within 6 hours of delivery.
• No refund once working credentials have been delivered.
